*COPIED. *FRAUDULENT GOVERNMENT?* ***************** Buhari has never included subsidy payments in any of his budgets. Now the NNPC told us that the NNPC has been importing fuel at N171 and selling it at a lower price to the marketers. We also learnt that it is not only the NNPC that has been importing fuel into Nigeria, that some other companies, some of them fictitious companies not registered under the CAC, have been importing refined fuel into Nigeria and the NNPC has been paying a subsidy of N26.00 to those companies for every litre of fuel sold to the NNPC. The worst part of this arrangement is that unlike previous regimes where this is open and transparent, Nigerians are not aware that the NNPC is paying N26.00 to any fuel importer for any litre of fuel, until the NNPC disclosed this when Nigerians started blaming them on the fuel scarcity. So if not for the blame, nobody would have known that the government was secretly paying subsidy. Now imagine the amount spent:...

It is 'Oil' that is killing us: shameless Wike absolve self of any responsibility.

It is 'Oil' that is killing us: shameless Wike absolve self of any responsibility. Is a known fact that when it comes to Nigeria politics our so called leaders will easily 'pass the buck' to look 'saintly' while innocent souls are being slaughtered at the slighest provocation by savages. This was the case on Friday, when in trying to absolve himself of his leadership responsibilities, as the Chief Security Officer of the State, Governor Wike inadvertently blame the gruesome and wholesale murders taking place in Rivers State on 'oil'. Is no news that leaders in  Nigeria are no dealers in 'Honesty'  hence it was easy for Wike to look into the eyes of Nigerians and lie blatantly about the true reason behind the mayhem in his State, while forgetting one salient truth that it is now easier to conduct any type of election in war-torn North Eastern Nigeria than to conduct elections in Rivers State. All because two blood sucking looters (Wike and A...

Mass Murder: Governor Orthom spits fire: "we shall kill the killers."

Image
A New Dawn in Benue State. "Henceforth, I have withdrawn from any political activity for now, till peace returns to Benue State. No one should think of 2019 for now; the year will take care of itself. I was elected to lead the living, not the dead. I'm not afraid of death. I would rather die defending my people. This is beyond politics, I have called all former governors of Benue, David Mark and party leaders, even in the opposition. Let us chase the fox before we scout for the chicken". Governor Samuel Ortom Addressing Critical Benue Stakeholders at the Benue People's House, Makurdi today on the Renewed Fulani Herdsmen Invasion and Government's Efforts so far. "Let's go to war...the women can take care of the kids!" in Benue State. "Henceforth, I have withdrawn from any political activity for now, till peace returns to Benue State. BREAKING NEWS: Beheading in Bayelsa. Nigeria: land of beheading, human ritual practices and lawlessness.

Image
Why are news of ritual killings, mass murder of the innocent, beheading of fellow Nigerians at the slightest provocation, the order of the day or show of preference to vent grievances and hate in Nigeria? How did we get to this low ebb of 'no value for human lives'? Is corruption to be blamed or is it leadership failure that has resulted in this gross levels of lawlessness in Nigeria? I personally blame it on the failings of the third arm of Government, The Judiciary; the last hope of the common man. The rotten state of that arm of government stinks to high heavens. Anything goes there - they  take any amount of money as bribe to circumvent the law. The supposed 'hallowed place of the law' has become a cesspool of corruption which has subsequently transformed the country to a chaotic place where anything goes. Consequently, many are now fleeing their fatherland to seek security and greener pastures else where, while FDI wouldn't touch anything Nigerian with a lo...

BREAKING NEWS: PMB set to quadruple the economic hardship of Nigerians: fuel price increment imminent.

Image
If we thought PMB is a failure now we know he is a socio-economic-political disaster. Yet, when we look critically at the situation we find ourselves we have but ourselves to blame. This is because when a people elect an inept leader, flip flopping and careless economic/political decision making becomes the order of the day. Therefore, it is safe to say that what we long suspected is finally coming a gory reality - PMB and his administration will stop at nothing in increasing the economic hardship of Nigerians especially at this time when he is busy raising fund for his 2019 re-election. Nigerians it bad under the misguided and evil regime of GEJ, but now our pains has increased triple-fold - there shall be fuel pump price increase soon and there is nothing anyone can do about it. BREAKING NEWS: Benue New Year Day killers arrested. Facade or real?

Image
News reaching us have it that some of the suspected killers in Benue State have been arrested. The big question is; is this a facade or 'business as usual' where a few suspects are arrested and released through the backdoor without convictions nor jail terms? Justice has to prevail this time. Please read the report. Credit: Channels TV. ........................ The Benue State Police Command says it has arrested eight herdsmen in connection with the recent attacks on some communities in the state. Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Moses Yamu, made the announcement in a statement signed by him, a copy of which was obtained by Channels Television on Wednesday. He said the suspects were arrested in two local government areas of the state following a gun battle with the police. “The Commissioner of Police, CP Bashir Makama, called for calm, as eight herdsmen – six in Guma and two in Logo (LGAs) – had been arrested in connection with the attacks,” he said. ...

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y: Buhari blows hot on New Year Day Killings in Benue.

Image
F-I-N-A-L-L-Y: Buhari blows hot on New Year Day Killings in Benue. *S'Kaduna and Rivers State pending. In light of the recent reaction of President Buhari to the gruesome murder of the innocents in Benue, we must call a spade a spade, and commend him for taking the right step in the right direction to address the incessant mass killings in Nigeria - this is what is expected of a leader. While we commend him for his reaction we must also point out that we aren't deceived that he didnt' call the killers by their names - suspected Fulani herdsmen. And he didn't directly reprimand them, probably because he is the grand patron of MACBAN and the suspected killers are probably his kinsmen as many Nigerians claim. Furthermore, while we question the ease with which the suspected Fulani herdsmen beat security outposts to unleash these mayhem, time and time again, we will keep our eyes on Buhari, this time around, to see if the perpetrators of these crimes against human...

As It Grants Full Financial,Administrative Autonomy to 774 LGCs in Nigeria. 3 January 2018 | By Ahmed Abu, The Nigerian Voice, Maiduguri The National Assembly on Tuesday, granted full financial and administrative autonomy to all the 774 local council authorities across Nigeria by amending section 124 of the nation’s constitution. The section provides a consequential provision for the making of the local councils, a full third tier government without undue interference from the state governments. The amendment was one of the 22 others approved by the House of Representatives last week and ratified by the Senate on Tuesday. Both chambers had through a conference committee harmonised versions of the amendments into the constitution carried out by each of them last month. By the development, the National Assembly had ratified all the 23 clauses and sections that had been amende...

NEW YEAR DAY MASSACRES: what the Sahel slave trade couldn't achieve, the swords of evil savagers achieved while our leaders look on to the chagrin of the world.

NEW YEAR DAY MASSACRES: what the Sahel slave trade couldn't achieve, the swords of evil savagers achieved while our leaders look on to the chagrin of the world. By Joachim Okhai. "The hottest place in Hell is reserved for those who remain neutral in times of great moral conflict." - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The moral question of the day is no longer what is President Buhari, El-Rufai and Wike doing about the gorious and gruesome unexpected murder of innocent Nigerians, but rather, it is; what are fellow Nigerians, men and women of goodwill and conscience, doing about these unjust killings. Some have questioned my audacity of  accusing Buhari and Wike indirectly as the forces behind the New year day massacres. Firstly, we are aware that Buhari is the President of MACBAN. Secondly, S'Kaduna and Benue are fortified with heavy military presences, yet the killer Fulani herdsmen (Buhari's kinsmen) find it easy to beat these military outposts to wreck havocs w...

S-H-O-C-K-E-R: Buhari's men kill 50 on New Year Day in Benue State.

Image
Someone brought this to my attention this morning and here came the saddest news of the New Year. Herdsmen killed 50 in New Year attack Residents of six communities in two local government areas of Benue State began the New Year on a sad note when about 50 persons were cruelly murdered in a cold blood by Fulani herdsmen. Casualties included women, children and some members of the Live Stock Guards who were assigned to enforce the anti-open grazing law and many people were seriously injured. The injured ones were receiving treatment at the State University Teaching hospital in Makurdi. The affected communities are Gaambe-Tiev, Ayilamo and Turan all in Logo Local Government Area as well as Umenger, Tse-Akor and Tomatar near Tse-Abi in Nongov District of Guma Local government area. The Nigerian Tribune learned that the invading herdsmen invaded  Gaambe-Tiev, Ayilamo, and Turan around  10:00 am on new year day at the time the people were returning from New year morning...

CROSSOVER NIGHT MASSACRE: Governor Wike's Rivers State sets a new bloodbath record on crossover night.

Image
*Sad: many crossover to 2018 while some crossover to the land of the dead through the barrel of guns. The value of human life witness a new low in what is now regarded as the  Capital of cult, militant and political killings of Nigeria. Nigerians are at loss as to how the 'Garden City' of Nigeria has been this political bastardised by two political gladiators who have stomach for this level of bloodletting all in an unholy effort to feather their political nests. As at the time of this report there are no link between politics and this crossover bloodbath, however Nigerians can't rule-out the remote link between these unwholesome mass murder and politics in Rivers State, any longer. While we pray for the repose of the souls of the dead and pray for the fortitude for their families to bear their losses, we will not fail to ask all those behind the incessant massacres in Rivers State to let peace reign in that restive State. NEW YEAR TRAGEDY: Traditional ruler and wife killed. House and car set a blaze.

Image
In what can only fit a Hollywood action movie; tragedy struck again in Southern Kaduna on New Year day when a respected Traditional Ruler and his wife's life were cut short by men suspected to be Fulani herdsmen. According to news reports, the Monarch was killed along his wife, yet there is no official statement to condemn the dastard act of the criminals by the Kaduna State midget-in-Chief or President Buhari. Is this a strategic consent to encourage these incessant acts of violence or is there more to it than meets the eye? The big question before the nation now is: how long will the authorities continue to allow these bloodletting while we remain the laughing stock of international comity, while our country is being rebranded as an unsafe haven for FDIs and foreigners? Please read and reach decisive conclusions of the consequences of this inhumane acts taking place under Buhari's watch. ................................ L-E-A-K-E-D: Deal sealed; Coutinho becomes a Barca player?

Image
Has Nike leaked Philippe Coutinho's move to Barcelona in website gaffe? Barcelona spent most of last summer trying to prise Philippe Coutinho away from Liverpool, but the Premier League side rebuffed all bids. But the rumours won't go away. Will Barca will be back in for the player in January? Well, our friends at Nike -- who sponsor the Brazil international -- seem pretty confident he'll be at the Camp Nou. An advert popped up on their site urging you buy a Barca shirt with his name on it! The advertisement, on the company's official website, said Coutinho was "ready to light up Camp Nou" and added: "Get your 2017-2018 FC Barcelona kit with the Magician's name on it." It has since been deleted.

Title: S-H-A-M-E: Buhari’s appointment of dead men to Boards takes a new twist.

Image
“Do not elect Buhari, he is brain dead.” ~ Patience Goodluck Jonathan. When we think we’ve seen it all and had enough of the blunder we call PMB’s government, we are given a higher dose of what Nigerians now term ‘the most corrupt and inept government Nigeria has ever had. Just when Nigerians were beginning to understand the assertion of PMB when he said, during his inauguration, “I belong to no body and I belong to everybody”. We applauded him without knowing he meant he will be the leader of both living and dead Nigerians;  so much so he had to include the dead in leadership. ‘To add a bit of salt to injury’ the Presidency released a statement buttress our fears that this government is grossly incapable to lead, and that the leadership of Boss Mustafa as SGF is a sham and our concerns over his inability to be the SGF since he failed as NIWA Chairman is now confirmed. Please read the Press Release from the Presidency below and reach your own conclusions. PRESIDENCY EX...

Don Wanny: The death of the notorious kidnapper and militant.

Image
The most dreaded and notorious militant leader in Omoku, Rivers State, known as Ejima Igwe Dibia also known as “Don wanni” has been killed. Wanny’s death was confirmed to DAILY POST by the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, ONELGA, of the state, Osi Olisa. He was shot dead by a combined force of OSPAC (Onelga Security outfit) and other security agents in the state. Prior to his death, Wanny was among gang leaders who recently accepted the amnesty granted by the State Governor, Nyesom Wike. But he has been repeatedly accused of returning to crime and been responsible for several criminal acts and killings in the Omoku neighbourhood. Hon.(Barr.) Osi Olisa had few weeks ago, in a statement condemned the dastardly killing of two OSPAC personnel and a civilian in Okposi and Omoku respectively, describing it as “vicious and despicable.” In the statement, he accused Don Wanni and “forces” loyal to him of being behind the violent attack, and urged OS...
