Edo-APC Screening Exercise: Oshiomhole Must Recuse Himself.

EDO GOVERNORSHIP: SCREENING EXERCISE - OSHIOMHOLE MUST RECUSE HIMSELF.

While palpable tension rent the air over APC-Edo forthcoming Primaries, much more worrisome is the proposed 10th June 2020 APC-Edo Governorship Aspirants screening exercise which a mere formality, but Oshiomhole, by his crass indiscretion and egocentric drive, have decided to us the exercise to disqualify the sitting Governor of Edo State, HE Governor Godwin Obaseki. The plan is such that he will lineup  all APC-Edo Aspirants in such a way that Ize-Iyamu will be screened last, while Obaseki and others will be the first to be screen and then get disqualified on frivolities excuses as directed by Oshiomhole. 

With news just reaching us, however, has it that a Federal High Court sitting in Benin has just given a injunction restraining Oshiomhole and APC from holding Direct Primaries in Edo State.

The stage is now set for the next line of action against the 'leprosy finger' of Edo State (Oshiomhole) that is with respect to the scheduled screening of Aspirants on 10th June 2020. Governor Obaseki should put Oshiomhole and his 'Anointed-Thief' (Ize-Iyamu) on notice that should they carry out a kangaroo screening and disqualify him, Excavators and other equipment will be waiting at Iyamo and the Benin houses of Oshiomhole and Ize-Iyamu to demolish them owing to the precedence set by Governor Wike of Rivers State. This will be a political shield to rid the State of all criminals who chooses to fonebt trouble and disobey the Executive Order signed by the State Government.

This clear warning is so because in a war situation all is fair' and if Oshiomhole and Ize-Iyamu are ready to burn down Edo State, Obaseki should hand them matches sticks and fuel to do the job.

Therefore for peace to reign in Edo, Oshiomhole needs to recuse himself from everything that has to do with the forthcoming election in APC-Edo because he is an interested party and automatically cannot morally or legally justify his participation in the elections - he is prohibited completely because a man cannot be a Judge, and a Jury in his own case.

President Buhari, The IG of Police, and the whole Security Apparatus of Nigeria should reprimand Oshiomhole for his incessant attempts to compromise law and order in Edo State, especially in APC in particular.
